Prices may vary depending on the shipping destination and applicable taxes, duties, or import fees, which may be added at checkout or charged upon delivery depending on the destination country and local regulations.
BAOBAB reserves the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice. However, the price confirmed at the time the order is placed will be the final applicable price.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color, tone, or texture may occur in the physical product due to differences in screen settings.
In the event of a typographical error or incorrect pricing, BAOBAB reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer. The customer may choose to proceed with the order at the corrected price or receive a full refund.

To make a purchase on baobabstore.com, customers must follow the steps indicated on the website: product selection, registration or guest checkout, entering shipping details, and selecting a payment method.
The order is considered confirmed once an email confirmation has been received. BAOBAB does not guarantee stock availability until payment confirmation has been completed.

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. BAOBAB does not store any credit or debit card information.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify items, quantities, or shipping address, as our warehouse team processes orders immediately.
Similarly, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If you have any concerns, please contact us at hello@baobab.com.co and we will do our best to assist you. Once the order is received, you may request an exchange or return in accordance with our applicable policy.

What is a Preorder?
A preorder is the purchase of a product before it becomes available in stock. By placing a preorder, you reserve your item and will receive it as soon as it is ready to ship.
Estimated Delivery Dates
The estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product page. These dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to production, logistics, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a delay, customers will be notified by email.
Payment
Payment is processed at the time of purchase to secure your reservation of the product.
Shipping of Preorders
If you purchase a preorder item together with in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped once the preorder item becomes available, unless otherwise specified.
Exchanges and Returns
Products purchased through preorder are subject to BAOBAB’s standard return and exchange policies, as outlined in the applicable sections of these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and vary depending on the destination country and shipping address associated with your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time through the assigned carrier.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is refused by the recipient or cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping or return shipping costs.
Shipping Delays
BAOBAB is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@baobab.com.co so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

All items purchased on sale are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

- You have 10 business days from receiving your return label to ship your return. After this period, the return request will be canceled.
Exchanges
- Subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges will be processed based on the current retail price of the item at the time of the exchange.
- Exchanges are only accepted for products of equal or greater value. No refunds or store credit will be issued for any price difference.
- Items received through an exchange are not eligible for additional exchanges or refunds.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued for the original value of the merchandise only and do not include shipping charges.
- Discount codes used on the original purchase cannot be reinstated or reused.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
- Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Conditions for Exchanges or Refunds
- Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
- For swimwear, exchanges or refunds will not be accepted if the hygienic protection sticker is missing or shows signs of having been removed and reapplied.
- BAOBAB reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange or refund request based on compliance with these conditions.
- Purchases made through retailers or stores other than our official sales channels must be handled directly with the corresponding retailer.
- Only returns that have been submitted and approved through the returns portal will be accepted. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. BAOBAB will hold unapproved returned items for 15 calendar days.
Where Can You Exchange Your Item?
- Through the online returns portal at baobab.com.co.
- At physical stores located in the same country where the purchase was made and operating in the same currency.
- Exchanges cannot be processed at stores located in countries that operate in a different currency from the original purchase.
Return & Exchange Process
- Submit your request through the returns portal at baobabstore.com.
- Once approved, you will receive a shipping label within 48 hours.
- Exchanges and refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or financial institution.

- You have 10 business days from receiving your return label to ship your return. After this period, the return request will be canceled.

Timeframe
You have 1 year from the date of receiving the product to submit a warranty claim.
Conditions
- BAOBAB will cover shipping costs in cases where the warranty applies.
- All garments will be inspected by the BAOBAB team to determine whether the warranty claim is valid.
- Warranty claims will not be accepted for garments showing damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
- Purchases made through retailers or stores other than our official sales channels must be handled directly with the corresponding retailer.
Evaluation Process
- The response time for warranty claims is 15 business days.
- As a first step, we will assess whether the product can be repaired. If repair is not possible, we will offer either store credit or an exchange for another garment.
How to Submit a Claim
- Submit your request through the returns portal at baobabstore.com.
- Once your request has been approved, you will receive a shipping label within 48 hours.
- You have 10 business days from receiving your return label to ship your return. After this period, the return request will be canceled.

Purchase and Activation
- Our Gift Cards are available in custom amounts and can be purchased both online and in our physical stores.
- If you purchase a Gift Card online, you will receive a unique code via email.
- If purchased in-store, you will receive a physical card activated at the time of purchase.
Use and Redemption
- Gift Cards can be used on baobabstore.com, in physical stores, and on social media channels enabled for sales.
- To redeem online, enter the code at checkout.
- To redeem in-store, present the Gift Card at the time of payment.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
Validity and Restrictions
- Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- They cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account.
- If the total purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the customer must pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
Returns
- Gift Cards are non-refundable.
- If you return a product purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be issued in the form of a new Gift Card.
Loss or Theft
- BAOBAB is not responsible for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

Store credit is issued in the form of a Gift Card with a unique code sent to the registered email address. The terms of use, validity, restrictions, and returns are the same as those applicable to Gift Cards, as described in the previous section.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
- It cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
- It cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
- If the total purchase exceeds the store credit balance, the customer must pay the difference using another payment method.
